Each painting has become a journey of its own. Sometimes I fight, sometimes I smile, most of the time it all falls into place.
The energy and feeling I bring to the studio is so important for each brush stroke I place on the canvas. Each being conscious yet emotionally driven. Each making sense as I step back to see everything come together as a whole.
This painting has a lot to do with freedom. Freedom from the external world and society, wanting us to be or do a certain thing to be happy, and freedom from our internal minds and hearts.
Stop judging yourself.
Stop thinking what other people will think.
Stop the noise.
Be still.
Be present,
Be Free and you will Shine.
